Shooter’s Touch

Saimoe 2013

Mami, Ririchiyo, Eri and Yayoi advance to Round 2.

1位 214 [50.47%] Tomoe Mami (Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica)
2位 168 [39.62%] Toujou Koneko (Highschool DxD)
3位 42 [9.91%] Saegusa Wakaba (Vividred Operation)

1位 182 [47.64%] Shirakiin Ririchiyo (Inu x Boku SS)
2位 121 [31.68%] Tsukuyomi Sasami (Sasami-san@Ganbaranai)
3位 79 [20.68%] Eucliwood Hellscythe (Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?)

1位 182 [49.86%] Ayase Eri
2位 113 [30.96%] Shiina Mafuyu (Seitokai no Ichizon Lv.2)
3位 70 [19.18%] Futaki Kanata (Little Busters!)

1位 187 [49.08%] Kise Yayoi (Cure Peace) (Smile Pretty Cure!)
2位 97 [25.46%] Sasha Blaus (Shingeki no Kyojin)
2位 97 [25.46%] Ayase Chihaya (Chihayafuru 2)

Okay, the results were as predicted, but I did not really put much stock on Koneko being that close to the 2011 champion. During her winning run, Mami was untouchable, except against her fellow Puella Magi. Hence, this is but another sign that the rest of the field might have an actual fighting chance this year. Maybe.

This time the student council president got better of the treasurer, as Love Live is off to a winning start thanks to Eri blowing out the hapless Mafuyu. Years of absence have really taken a toll on SeiZon, and just like that the former quarter-finalist is virtually out of the running in the tournament.

Karuta Blanked

When Chihaya finished 6th in her group there was some hope that she’ll be able to mount some challenge against the likes of Yayoi. Of course, the latter was expected to advance, but not with this margin. All smiles for Peace. For now.

Ririchiyo wraps up the day with a rout of her own as Sasami could NEET try hard enough.

Round One Block A Day Three Preview

More straightforward matches to round up Block A headlined by three preliminary group winners. Only Yui-Nanami is expected to be close, and that is even stretching it.

Sugisaki Ringo (Seitokai no Ichizon Lv.2)
Mikazuki Yozora (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Next)
Anrakutei Kukuru (Joshiraku)

Yozora’s obviously going to the next round, the way this match-up is set up.

Matsumi Yuu (Saki: Achiga-hen)
Tokisaki Kurumi (Date A Live)
Nitta Io (Devil Survivor 2 The Animation)

Same here, Yuu know it to be true.

Nakagawa Kanon (Magical☆Star Kanon 100%)
Aoyama Nanami (Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo)
Yuigahama Yui (OreGaIru)

Some SNAFU would have to happen for Yui to screw this one up. 100% confident. Nanami might make things a little interesting, but that would only make the suffering even more painful.

Frenda Seivelun(Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S)
Leviathan(Zettai Bouei Leviathan)
Onjouji Toki(Saki: Achiga-hen)

Toki could beat Frenda and Levi with only half the effort.

  1. Well, if there’s really a strong anti-Saki faction, they’ll show up today…though given the competition for Yuu and Toki, that won’t be enough. Those two and Yozora for the sure wins, and Aoyama (my fave in this bunch) to edge out Yui.

  2. Toki and Yuu are falling behind by 80ish votes atm. Though most of those are fakes, massive blatant fakes, but still. The anti-faction is strong.
